Evanov Radio Group, operator of 13 radio stations across the country is looking for personnel to host and produce programs directed to our rich and vibrant multicultural community, in a number of languages currently not being heard in our local particular area.

We are looking for experienced ethnic broadcasters in this field or individuals who would like to start a new program that is directed to a specific cultural community in a language other than English.

All interested parties should send a request in writing along with your contact information to info@evanovradio.com and indicate the community you wish to serve, the length of the program and the type of program you wish to conduct. We will respond to every inquiry.

There will be a Game 7 in the N-B-A finalMiami Heat scored five points in the closing seconds to send the game to overtime, and survived elimination with a 103-100 win over the San Antonio Spurs. LeBron James scored 14 of his 32 points in the fourth quarter, and Ray Allen tied it for the Heat with a three-pointer with five seconds left in regulation. Game Seven goes tomorrow in Miami.

Edwin Encarnacion (ehn-kar-nah-see-OHN) hit a two-run homer, J.P.
Arencibia (ar-ehn-SEE'-bee-uh) and Maicer Izturis (may-SEER' ihz-TOOR'-is) added back-to-back shots and the Toronto Blue Jays won their seventh straight game, 8-3 over Colorado. Esmil (ES'-meel) Rogers worked six-plus innings to win his second straight start. Rogers didn't allow a hit until Jonathan Herrera singled with one out in the sixth. He left to a standing ovation after allowing two
earned runs and four hits.

New York Mets sicked two of baseball's most dynamic young pitchers on the National League East-leading Atlanta Braves. Matt Harvey improved to 6-and-1, striking out a career-high 13 to lead the Mets past the Braves 4-3 in the opener of a day-night doubleheader. Zack Wheeler lived up the hype in his major league
debut in the evening contest, pitching six scoreless innings to lead the Mets to a 6-1 victory.

I-B-L - Barrie Baycats managed just three hits but it was enough offence to get past the Burlington Bandits 6-3 in the lone game played in the Intercounty Baseball League on last night (Tuesday). Tonight - Arnold Anderson Stadium is the  venue at the first place Brantford  Red Sox host Hamilton at 8 PM.

O-L-A Junior "B" Lacrosse - Six Nations dumped Niagara 20-9 while Brampton doubled Guelph 20-to-10.

Detroit Red Wings and centre Pavel Datsyuk (dat-SOOK') have agreed to a three-year contract worth 22.5-million-dollars. The deal keeps the Russian superstar with Detroit through the 2016-17 season. Datsyuk can't sign the contract until July 5th because he was entering the last year of his current deal.

Police spent hours at the Massachusetts home of New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez while another group of officers searched an industrial park about a kilometre away where a body was discovered (on Monday). Police aren't commenting on the actions while Sports Illustrated, citing an unidentified source, says Hernandez is not believed to be a suspect in what is being treated as a possible homicide.

San Jose is suing Major League Baseball, saying it's dragging its feet on having team owners vote on the Oakland Athletics' proposed move to a new ballpark in the city. The San Francisco Giants claim they have the territorial rights. The A's say those rights were only meant to support the Giants' failed efforts in the 1990's to build a San Jose-area ballpark.
